Civilian ships get destroyed every day by capsuleers, just for fun. They are not defended by Concord and seem unable to defend themselves as well.

With that in mind, i urge you to rethink your boisterous threats about touching and missing stardusts against the possibility of Site one actually posing a threat to the Sebiestor homeworlds and population.

If you are even half serious in defending the Site, start by doing something about pilots who "touch" the site and turn civilians into "stardust" every single day.

If, at any given time, evidence proving the threat theory occurs, the site must be dismantled. The survival of billions of people, Sebiestor heritage and the prevention of a whole system's shattering in general will shadow whatever misplaced sense of duty you feel over protecting Site One. No true Sebiestor would back down on this, no matter how boisterously worded your threats are.
