Pls dont ask why or why not, i want my tengu an omnitank ****
period
Pls dont slap your tengu fit cause everyone can search at battleclinik
I just dont know how much the sig radius and the speed affect the tank needed, i dont want use specific hardner, and dont wonna add more money 830 million is more then enough.

So can this omnitank lvl 4?
if not just say it, will be just another fail fit and forget about it

with my average skill the weakist resist is em and with em shield compensation IV i got 78.8 em with 274 dps tanked on it
other resist: 86 thermal 79 kin 79 exp

Yes. And omnitanking Tengus for L4 missioning is normal.

In most cases you'll be managing the aggro from spawns plus with the AB on you can kite to reduce incoming damage.

My alt did level 4 in this fit with minimal missile skills. Orbit the warp-in beacon at 5 km or the next gate at 500 m (gates are huge), and shoot smallest to largest, giving priority to webbers. I ignored triggers and had no problems.

You can use T1 launchers, but that really is a crime on a Tengu.

This isn't the best fit, but it works, and is cheap.

The overwhelming majority of that DPS comes from NPC torps or large turrets which have horribad exp. radius/vel and tracking. They will barely scratch paint on your Tengu, even with a full room of aggro. Only webs can hurt you.

plus the added resistance deters suicide ganks.

I run almost the same fit as the op, just swap the passive hardener for a cap recharger, that way I can afk, tried without the cap recharger and quite honestly could do most missions without touching the shield booster

With 3 week of skill point for perfect shield booster and ab skill and i will be cap stable
But swapping the flare rig for a ccc1 rig will make you capstable even with poor cap skills, i dont think the flare rig worth a mid slot, i mean people run 3 ccc rig and seems doing good (i dont belive it xD)
