I do not know why you have sent account information without me posting to accept the offer. I do not accept it as i have received a higher offer in game and that will be accepted.

Your text "buyout lowered 19.5b" was an offer to sell the character for 19.5 billion isk which I accepted by posting in this thread, sending you the isk and mailing you my account details. Since you are backing out of that deal without sending me the character , please return my 19.5 billion isk as soon as possible, per character bazaar rule 19:

The ISK that a buyer sends when attempting to purchase a character is considered to belong to him until such a time as the character being purchased has been delivered to the account of his choosing. If the character sale is not completed, the ISK must be returned in full to the potential buyer.


It's not worth either of our time to argue over the semantics or involve the GMs with a petition, so please just return my 19.5 billion isk promptly.
