Pirate Control Tower Animation Not Working

My Amarr towers are animated. The Sansha towers, however, are not, though the same basic design.

In fact, as far as I can tell, all three sizes of basic racial towers are animated but pirate towers not.

Would be nice if the pirate towers were animated.

put up a pirate control tower today and didn't see the animation even thou I have directx 11
