Could have been me I did some testing with suicide bombing.

Managed to bomb a frig I hoped into at the last second. This generates no killmail :(

Sadly I am unable to find the video's again I probably deleted the account.

Yeah, killmails don't get generated by deaths where you're the only one involved in it. His generated one because of the rats shooting at the bomber, so the NPC technically got the "killing blow".

This is why covops ships can get killing blows on WH ratters - you can just warp scramble them if their tank isn't holding well and when they pop you get the mail.

Bah that's nothing. During the Super Capital Slaughter of K-6 in the Test vs -A- war one of my buddies accidentally hit F2 instead of F1. He since learned not to put his bomb button next to his cloak button. His bomb kill no fewer than 20 blues, including a couple dictors and numerous friendly pods.

So killing yourself, nothing to be embarrassed about.
