Issues, Workarounds & Localization

Hey guys,

I put in a support ticket, but i think the GM's only work week days.. And i want to play my game, so i thought i'd come here and ask and see if you guys have had this happen and know a fix, and i know it isn't my graphics card as i have already done a test on it with other games, anyways, onto the main issue.

Okay, so when i log in to the client and it brings up the screen with your 3 character slots, they all have the background picture as portraits and all the writing on my one character is just different sized squares, then when i log into my character it loads up my ship in the hanger, and it is still beautiful, graphics look beautiful, on ultra high with everything on high as it normally is, but then the item menu is blurred squares as pictures and the writing is different shaped squares, and the same for the menu on the side, and everything but the Ship and station, and i can't play with the settings cause it is all the same..

So please, if anyone knows a fix please let me know, i have uninstalled and installed it 3 times, have run all the tests possible, i am running a Mac Pro, with a Nvidia 1GB graphics card, with i7 and 16GB RAM, on Yosemite 10.10.03, please let me know, its been 4 days now, and i can't play :(
