I have the needed skills, I have the components. I have choosen the output. The Invention tab in Industry do mention Ancient Relics and T3 BPC, but the job won't start. I didn't find any reliable information to help me out.

I'm at a Lai Dai Station in Hi-Sec.

In a POS (Player-owned Starbase)

T3 cruisers need the Subsystem Assembly Array
T3 destroyers need the Advanced Small Ship Assembly Array.

You have to do the Invention of these at a POS (Player Owned Starbase). Your corp has to own a POS in sov null sec space and you need the Experimental Lab. You'd need the correct roles from your corp to access the Lab.

If you take a look at "Process" in that section I linked.

Edit: I thought you were asking about how to make (invent) T3 BPCs.

Here is the section covering where you construct;

Merging Invention with Reverse Engineering

When Phoebe is deployed, Reverse Engineering will no longer exist as a separate activity, with Ancient Relics now falling under the purview of invention.

* Experimental Laboratories and Caldari Outposts will still be the only places where Ancient Relics can be invented
