Launcher says "launching" never opens EVE

I have an issue on a new computer. I downloaded EVE, run the launcher, log in, press play...."launching......" nothing happens. If I go to processes I can see the .exe open. Help?

Edit: Tried re installing as well as the bin file. No luck.
