Dread Pirate Scarlet bug?

Was running L4 Dread Pirate Scarlet with 2 ships. 1 Tengu and a Hurricane. Noticed I received NO sec status increase at all after killing ALL the BS in the mission. Is this a known bug? Will petition if I see that others are having the same issue or not Just need some feedback before bothering the GM's
