question about industry bonuses

In 0.0 Amarr Factory Outpost gives system wide bonus for build cost index.
However there are also 3 CCP seeded conquerable:
* Conquerable 1: Manufacturing
* Conquerable 2: Refining
* Conquerable 3: Cloning

This Conquerable 1 should be best of manufacturing, do this have same system wide bonus as Amarr Factory Outpost?

As far as I know, conquerable stations cannot be upgraded, and that's where the bonuses are now.

you did not understand the question...

if your system has amarr factory station, it will work as constant that lowers your system build cost index - so amarr factory system can support much more manufacturing there before index goes ******** high

upgrading a station doesn't change how the index is calculated

according to

nullsec stations have a cost modifier that is used after the regular cost has been calculated with help of the index

these are the modifiers used

the conquerable stations have a smaller cost reduction, but the index is used before that and it doesn't sound like that calculation is in any way influenced by the upgrades
