I was wondering if the shield recharge rate was peak or adv? in the fitting window

It's the average shield recharge rate from fitting window which is calculated from total shield amount / shield recharge rate time. Peak shield recharge rate is about 2.4x @ 33% of your shields. And for example shield recharges from 50-90% faster than it takes it to recharge from 90% to 100%. Your shield recharge rate peaks @ 25% of your shields. Ty with that formula then the fitting window does show peak rate or at least mine is with 149 being shown on the fitting but 59.9 being total shield/recharge time
