Drone boat PVE help needed please

Hi all,

I'm a drone boat enthusiast and I'm trying to figure out what would be the best ship/ships for me to use for Lv 4 missions and incursions.

My drone skills are almost maxed, and my focus in gunnery is blasters (have been for pvp and faction warfare reasons) and currently can fly cruisers mildly well. I was thinking either Ishtar or Dom, but I'm at a loss for how to fit them properly. Railguns vs blasters and passive tank vs active and such.

Any suggestions would be wonderful. I'm looking to move into a new standard ship within 2 months(training time) to make this profitable .

I don't think many drone boats are employed in incursions. Usually they prefer turret ships, or t3. The reason behind it being that missiles and drones take time to apply damage, unless you use sentries of course, but then you have to sit still which is not very good for incursions.
