Warnings from Empires for losing too much standing

Your standings with factions isn't really the most obvious thing, something they're easy to forget about even. You can change your standings in such a way that has very real effects on your future and not even realize that you're being an idiot. This is bad, and when a player is making a huge decision that can impact the future of their game they need to be informed of it.

Choosing the right empires to **** off is the closest thing to choosing NPC sides we have, and I think it'd add a bit of life to NPCs and make life easier for new-players-turning-medium-players if the factions would EVEmail players when they get to standings that incur a new effect.

And while we're at it I suppose they could show boilerplate appreciation for loyalty and really sticking it to their enemies. Like when their Epic Arcs or free BPCs are available.
