If I may make a suggestion. If Nimoy is memorialized in EVE. Make the memorial such that all the original cast can be memorialized in the same place.

I know some do not support memorials but Star Trek is so much more than just a t.v. show. Where would we be without it. The characters and the adventures they embarked upon evoked a longing for adventure in all of us and showed what might be possible with our imagination.

I know a lot of people would agree that I think we owe it to our selves to memorialize what we hold most dear within us. Not to mention a idol, icon, hero to many generations.

I know that nothing great can last forever but it still comes as a shock when our hero's pass.

My favorite scene and I think it fits now,

Spock: The ship out of danger?

Kirk: Yes

Spock: Don't grieve admiral. It's logical. The needs of the many, outweigh

Kirk: The needs of the few

Spock: Or the one. I never took the Kobayashi Maru test until now. What do you think of my solution?

I have been ..... And always shall be ..... Your friend.

Live long and prosper.

I know Nimoy was a lot of things, apart from the actor who played Spock, but I can't help it, he'll always be Spock to me. I have many good memories of watching the original series with the entire family, way back when. Many fond smiles when reading his autobiography (I AM NOT SPOCK). And I'm still smiling when I remember reading in articles on the series how we women were SUPPOSED to like Kirk, but went for Spock en masse in stead. Can't say I disagree myself either.

I think the man left something that will last way beyond his passing.

fell in love with the last frontier because of that man and his co-stars. I wouldn't be in eve now or have my eye's turned to the night sky in wonder without that man.

Peace and long life.

Someone on here made the suggestion of giving a new star system in game the designator of LLAP-1 (for 'Live Long And Prosper') or LLAP-1N, or 'Live Long And Prosper 1 Nimoy'

I think it would be nice to name one of the trade route systems if that's actually
