Eve client wont load

I am trying to load my eve client but when i use the launcher, everything updates, i click play and it says launching, then goes back to play like normal only the application does not show up.

under my processes it shows the eve client running however. When i bypass the launcher and run eve directly the same thing happens.

Iv restarted, checked for malware,spyware,viruses. ran the eve repair tool. nothing works.

Windows 7 64 bit.
