Please excuse me for not participating in this affair, because any deal with I-RED is like opening a can of worms. Just look at what we got:
pseudo-Caldari wannabee with gurista behaviour (Korsavius);
liar and dishonored person (Makoto Priano), who allowed to talk for whole alliance (what the heck in Maker's name?!);
an ex I-RED diplomatic contact, who barely can talk in public like a civilized person( Katrina Oniseki), who was blamed in one of the most disgusting form of treason (by liar Makoto, if Im not mistaken) - being married to a gallentean boy, according to the rumor, and please excuse me if I got it wrong, that Ms. Oniseki even didn't try to refute;
and of course alliance leader, who was not just evading military duty for about five years, but also making blue pacts with gallente militia, and now like running back home, asking for forgiveness...

I think you understand, why I don't want to be involved in any affairs of I-RED.
