I'm trying to assemble the in game map for a script I want to write. What is the easiest/best way to access the data I need? Are there any options other than the static data dump?

The SDE is really the way to go. has all the data you want in it.

(Unless you want 'live' data. like number of jumps and so on.)

There are converted versions on my site, if you don't want to go down the sqlite route.
