[WTB] Service - Webpage/Program Coding

Looking to pay someone to code/design a program/webpage that will do the following:



We input a player's full API

program/webpage does a scan of the API and flags results if it finds matches. Ie Name found - Where its found.

Search criteria should be from a seperate file/webpage that's just a text list that has to be manualy updated.
