i recently looked at my skills and notice that the longer skills such as Capital ships level 5 are described as: 1 month 26 days etc,

so how long is a month? 30 0r 31 days or perhaps if it was February it would be 28 or 29?

1 month according to Eve is 30 days or so it seems. I have 32d left on a skill in Evemon and in game it says 1mo 2d.

Am I the only one who has been wondering what was wrong with the old numbers?

Yes. It was a change that offered worse usability.

I wish it would get changed back.

In eve, a month is 30 days, 3 months is 90 days, 6 months is 180 days and a year is 360 days.

Nerf Calendars.

But really, make it 13 months with 28 days each (4 weeks exactly per month, 7 days per week), and 1 day that stands alone. Make that New Years Day or something. And every 4 years New Years lasts 2 days (call it National Hangover Day). That way we have a clear and consistent system, but it still has "flavor."

I support all of the above.
