What have you done to my graphics card(S)?

Four different PCs, 4 different graphics cards and today's patch has turned my screen image into a scrambled mess akin to the surface of a circuit board.

I've lowered my game settings to minimum and the issue doesn't seem to go away. I would give system specs, but from which box?
