Normally I would suggest training a weapon system opposite of what you have now -- gunnery vs missiles to give you more variety in the future, but the 30 day limit on training becomes the sticking point. So the question is, what ship gets you to level 4 the fastest?

I think sentry drones is probably the best answer -- using faction drones gets you T2 dps without the training time. Fit a MJD on a domi (which will probably take 60 days) and you can forgo a lot of tank with the range advantage. A vexor is a good stepping stone for doing L3's on the way.

You will need to use EveMon and group the skills so that you can use the bonus remaps most efficiently. And make a 60 day plan too because that's probably what it's going to take. Or, once you have the basics of the char you can pause training on your main for any critical skills your mission runner alt needs.
