Difficulty with Relic Sites

Hi,

I must be doing something wrong but can't figure what it is. At a Decayed Angel Excavation, I can find and target Remains, Debris and Rubble but can do nothing with it.
Relic Analyzer doesn't activates (target doesn't support that module) neither I can "open container" (you need specialized equipment).

Tried to explode it first, no result. Weapons don't make any damage.

Read articles, searched the net, etc, it seems to be a simple thing... according an old thread (2014) no need to salvage it first.
Is it a matter of skill level?

are you using a civilian analyser or relic analyser I?

Civilian modules are for tutorial use only. You'll need to upgrade to a tech 1 version in the "real world"

You need to use Relic analyzer 1 or 2.

You first target the remains, get within 5000 meter range, and then activate your relic analyzer.

Then a window, where a hacking minigame, will come up. If you complete it, you will be able to access the loot inside, by simply opening the container and looting it all.

Yes, I was using a Civilian Analyzer... I didn't pay attention to that.
This one was a bit frustrating...
