Я не могу зайти в Еву. Мне каждый раз пишет

Remote info-file could not be fetched.

Что мне делать? Комп от вирусов почистил, интернет в порядке, файрволл отключил и т.п.

Техподдержка не отвечает.

Можно ли мне как-то починить лаунчер? Только не надо советовать мне переустановить игру, т.к. это действо сожрет ВЕСЬ мой траффик, при том что результат далеко не гарантирован.
