Hello!

I am Held der Finsternis, Supreme Commander of Highsec. I represent all rebels against James 315, his "New Order," and their "CODE." alliance. I am officially launching an Initial Public Offering (IPO) to fund this very important undertaking. Once the New Order is defeated, shares may be redeemed or may continue being invested for profit. Proceeds from share purchases will go towards expenses related to defeating the New Order once and for all as well as generate a profit for shareholders.

Shareholders will receive actual alliance executor corp shares of the "Heroes of Highsec" corp in addition to being listed here and the website, www.heroesofhighsec.com. At regular intervals, probably monthly, I will pay out a share of profits to shareholders via in-game dividend. Shareholders will have an option of receiving this in isk, or have profits reinvested. Monthly profits will be split evenly between dividends and a special endowment funds setup to defeat the New Order.

Shares are 1 million isk each. Send your payment to Caretaker Held and include "stock purchase" in the reason field, please. I will continue to accept investments sent to me, but I will be using Caretaker Held to aid in record-keeping. Currently there are no plans to cap total shares outstanding, but that may change without notice.

All shares will have a default dividend reinvestment status, and in-game shares held in trust by Held der Finsternis unless otherwise requested. If you wish your in-game shares be distributed to you, please let me know and your dividends will be paid in isk and not "automatically" reinvested. In-game shares are to make monthly dividend payments easier and to allow for easy shareholder votes on key issues. However, they are not intended to represent "ownership" of the alliance, and as such Caretaker Held will always own a majority so as to easily create new shares for investors as needed.

While I encourage all investors to announce their purchases in this thread, I do ask that ALL shares bought as GIFTS be announced here for full disclosure. Furthermore, all shareholders receiving gifted shares will be marked with a "Gift" tag until they purchase at least one share on their own. Requests to gift shares to CCP staff will be ignored and the shares will be in your own character name. Thanks.

I'm a multiple system of 16th century dragons (not furry ones) stuck in a 24th century man's body, and we are also an otherkin (a bumpkin to be precise) so I'm more oppressed that you, meaning I win the argument.

I can't support your organization unless it becomes more inclusive and welcoming, you must expel such inconsiderate jerks like the cornelius the apache helicopter (tool of the oppressive gallente hegemonic regime) so long as they continue to ignore basic common decency by failing to incude trigger warnings. This is why the New Order is the superior organization, we have standards and follow rules of common courtesy when communicating with each other and the wider world.
