Launcher is fugged.
Repair tool is fugged.

Cannot download from:

http://cdn1.eveonline.com/client_repair/352/repair.exe

http://cdn1.eveonline.com/EveOnlineLauncher/release/EVEOnlineLauncher_2_2_859950.exe

without it grinding to a stop almost instantly.

I can download any file from anywhere else in the world except from CCP.

Now what?

I don't know what kind of servers this is being ran off of, but I'm getting a constant 10Mbps down from almost everywhere else, but I'm downloading this eve patch at less than 100kbps if at all. This is absurd. When I try to download the patcher .exe that was recommended by CCP, that grinds to a stop after 2.2MB.

Lucky you, mines stops at less than 1mb. Cry

I was able to download the patcher, although extremely slowly, but when I actually try and patch, it stops after downloading after a few MB.
