Subbed but not subbed on test sever?

Subbed but not subbed on test sever?

Can play on main sever but can't get on test sever due to it saying i am unsubbed, any fix?

There's a Test Server Feedback forum for questions about the SIngularity test server.

In that forum, you can find Singularity: Requests for account reactivation. If you post there, a member of the QA team should be able to help with reactivating your account. Be prepared to wait a bit, but they should see it and have a look for you.
