Buy Orders for Low Sec

I am just getting started in trading/hauling. I am selling frigates and frigate-sized fittings and ammo in a FW low-sec system. I use a T1 industrial. I am training for a blockade runner.

I have about 20 unused orders. I deadhead on the trips back to Jita. How can I go about researching which items would be best to put buy orders in low sec so I can be making money on my return trips to Jita?

FW generates a lot of LP.

Ore / minerals available in low sec that you can take back to the trade hub?

This. There are several items that are only available from FW LP that are consumables used in enormous quantities. Most, however, are compact enough that they should be transported in an interceptor or Venture. (Good examples - Vexor Navy Issue blueprint copies).

See if you can buy Datacore - Quantum Physics at a low price in Caldari FW territory.
