Customized mail for rejected applications

First off, thank you for implement this feature.
However, there are a few things I think would improve this feature:

1) let us create templates. Most rejected apps fall into a small number of categories (wrong API key, not a Haiku,...), so having a number of presets would be great to speed up the process.

2) let us CC other players (fellow recruiters for example) and mailing lists. this would greatly improve communications and cooperation between recruiters.

Save templates in a notepad file?

It's not great, but at least you don't have to re-type everything.

it doesn't work well with in-game links and stuff like that.

When I dealt with recruitment, I just mailed myself with the standard acceptance and rejection mails, then forwarded them on as needed. Not exactly what the OP wants, but quicker and easier than the notepad method (which is quick and easy itself).
