All of my ships now have block purple engines, also some stargazes have green squares on them

using a 2010 MBP with the Nvidia GT330M what is going on and how do I fix it?

I also have purple engine exhausts - but the problem seems limited to when I'm running the low shader. If I use medium - it's all fine. Problem is my mac mini doesn't handle medium very well with many ships around, so I'll occasionally have to shift between low and medium shader to avoid purple bits when I can, and avoid lag and suffer the purple when I can't...

Looks like a problem with missing textures or something.

I have the same problem, but it only occurs on Caldari ships...

Incorrect. It's not Caldari specific. I have seen it on the Gallente Imicus for one thing, and I'm certain there's more.

Im also experiencing this.
All Caldari and Gallente ships have pink/purple/blue engines.

I have tried to reinstall the client twice, resetting/cleaning Cache, settings, window colors etc. I've tried everything.

The only solution to the problem is to set shaders to medium/high.

Mac Specs:
Macbook 2010 (non pro) 2gb RAM, core 2 duo 2.4ghz, GeForce 320M 256mb video RAM, 256gb HDD.
OSX Lion (10.7.2)
All video settings on Low/Disabled except Textures on Medium.

This started when i patched to Crucible, and seems not to be patched yet.

Seems like it has something to do with the new V3 shader on the Caldari/Gallente ships?

I should add, the problem only seems to show up in the low shader quality setting. If you have it set to medium or high, it doesn't seem to show up. Workaround for me is just going up to medium shader quality for the time being.

I got this bug as soon as I upgraded from 10.6.8 to 10.7.3. Purple engines, green squares on matari stargates, white polar caps on planets, all while in low shader.

Need to test more, but seems to be fixed in today's Sisi build.
