So, I've been gone for a couple of years and I can't remember my goals for training.

My intentions are primarily to do missions and, if I find a casual corp in nullsec, some ratting.

Not sure how to link my skills, so if anyone could point me in the right direction there, that would be great :)

edit: Here are my current skills:

First, hide your implants on EVE Board. There is no reason to tell people you have an expensive pod.

Second you look very focused on the Golem. There isn't really much reason to train more than one mission boat so it's probably time to branch out to other hulls for other things. For PVP you could branch out to the Harpy pretty quickly and from there T2 frigate sized missiles are a short train for the Hawk. You are also in a good place to start training for a Tengu, probably the most versatile PVE ship in the game, and not a bad PVP hull either. The Raptor and the Crow are also PVP options that you could further improve on with Interceptors V, Acceleration Control V, and small missile and blaster skills.

You are also not far from flying a pretty good Bantam or Burst if you want to try out flying logistics in frigate pvp fleets.

However your drone skills need some work. Gallente drones are no longer the be all end all for PVE, you generally want Amarr drones for Sansha/Blood/Drones and Caldari drones for Guristas/Serpentis/Angels/Mercs. Gallente drones are not bad per say, in fact they are reasonably effective against all PVE targets, but drones doing the proper damage type for the rats will do better. For PVP you are generally going to want T2 Minmatar drones as they are the fastest.

Also Drone Navigation and Drone Durability will allow your drones to apply damage faster and live longer respectively. A few levels in Advanced Drone Avionics would also increase your drone control range if you feel you need it in addition to unlocking light ECM drones and putting you very close to medium ECM drones.

If you really want to squeeze the last bit of performance out of your Golem Long Distance Jamming and Frequency Modulation will increase the range of your target painters.

If you are looking to try nullsec I can't recommend KarmaFleet enough. Casual, newbie friendly, and lots of fun. Just leave the Golem in hisec if you do decide to take the plunge into null. However Brave Newbies is also a good option as is Red vs Blue.

Thank you for some great advices :) Also took your advice on hiding my implants. Didn't even think of that. I think my next move is to improve my drones. Come to think of it, i think drone skills was on my agenda before I quit playing :)
