[ SOLVED ] Error on Launcher on 3/3, Fresh Install

I did a fresh install of EVE yesterday.
As it finished, it said it encountered an error, so it had to run the repair tool.
It downloaded a 1.6GB file, and applied it.

Once the launcher started, I received this error:

Do I just need to wipe the install off of my computer and start over?

Also, I updated the DirectX software to the latest. My graphics drivers are up to date. And the OS install is completely fresh.

The "Start EVE" button on the picture allows me to go ahead and play EVE, but I have a feeling this won't last forever.

At first, I thought it was because I used the wrong version of the drivers, but that wasn't the case.
