With a bit of work I bridged the gap and got my marketing activities going I'm also selling WHs as I have time and find them.

Question:

Where (if anywhere) do i find investment oppertunities?

I would pref to spin off a couple of B a month into working with others then start a second job trading in eve.

Are Loans all you can really invest in?

Loans are one option.

Purchasing items that you have reason to believe will increase in price over time is another. Of course you can get burned doing this - many people bought PLEX at 970-1010m thinking they'd continue to rise in price.

Depends on what kind of return you are looking for.

You can make one time profit (multiple times) by buying items and then selling them in different time or different space.
Buy item in Jita and sell in Amarr or Buy in Jita now and sell 1 month later.

You can invest in equipment/process and manuafcture/compress mins/moon mine/invent.

You can play ISK invention AKA loans - you loan some money and then after some time you get extra money in return or you loose all your money like in failed invention :)

You can create corp, supply ships and let them loose on NPCs while they pay you corp tax. If you setup big corp and/or alliance then you can pocket trillions. That is idea behind corp CEOs of 0.0 pets.

Thanks for the ideas, I like the Idea of setting up a corp but what its focus would be is TBC
Wonder if EVE needs another HS mining corp.

Confirming that I will follow this Venture. The Prospect of someone Coveting your ore, and Retrieving it via a predatory wardec just increased.

On a serious note - EVE needs another highsec mining corp about as much as I need a hole in the head.
