Launcher Semi Unresponsive. Log In Button Not Working.

So something went wrong with the launcher. Tried a reboot to see if a earlier EVE session, wasn't the issue.

Symptoms:
At first the user details login fields are not present at all in the launcher, neither is the log in button. After approximately 10 seconds''ish, these things appears. The log in button does nothing however.

Update:
Just as I wrote this message the log in button became responsive. Login to the game proceeded normally beyond this point.
