Unable to install Eve Online

I recently re-subbed to Eve Online, and attempted to log in using my old install (I've been gone maybe 7 months or so). I logged in, and began patching. I got to the point of (3/3) patching, but I got an Exception error.

I tried the repair tool, and it came up with errors. I finally got to the point where I completely uninstalled and removed all files & folders. I re-downloaded the install file and installed it. While it was downloading, I got another error: Archive Extraction Failed: 3.

So I found a link on the forums for the Eve Launcher Installer. That installer got 40% through, then came up with another exception error:

What antivirus do you use? Some are rather picky and may interfere with the install process. That error looks to be caused by a corrupt download.

I had this error. Nothing to do with antivirus. Gotta update the launcher.
