I've been sort of busy for a while and haven't kept up with various dev blogs and patch notes, so apologies if I'm asking something that is widely known already.

I seem to recall reading something about an upcoming module (or rig) that, once equipped, would reduce your maximum speed, thereby enabling a ship to mine while aligned -- the align speed being reduced such that you would not fly out of range of the asteroids after a few minutes.

Since I thought I read this in some kind of patch preview quite a while ago, I thought it would have come out by now, so I looked in the market for it -- but I can't seem to find anything appropriate or relevant under propulsion equipment or the various rig categories. So now I'm wondering if I dreamed this whole thing.

Was this a suggested addition? Was it just idle talk? Is it still in the works? Any information would be great, if only to confirm that I'm not hallucinating patch notes.
