Can a Merlin really get 400dps?

What kind of fit is needed to give a brawler Merlin 400 dps?
Is it even possible?
I have seen some pretty good brawler fits, but nothing close to 400 dps.

Possible yes, practical no. Normal T2 mag stabs is 402 w/heat

Note, some WH systems have stat mods to them, so in the context of a wolf rayet WH it is achievable with a practical fit. Polarized weapons leave you with zero resists.

With the two best DPS implants I could find, which I don't know how much they cost but it must be some ridiculous amount, this gets 370 overloaded. So it doesn't seem to be possible unless you go for a crazy faction fit or something.
