:: INTRODUCTION:

Sidewinder Syndicate has recently completed our transition to Wormhole space and has opened its doors once again to new recruits.

Sidewinder Syndicate considers itself to be a dedicated Corporation and, much like a Syndicate, we conduct operations in numerous fields. If you are looking for a dedicated, professional Corp, then I suggest you look no further, because we are here to stay, and hopefully get very rich in the process.

Our Corporate philosophy is that all Operations should benefit BOTH the Corporation and the Employee. We pay honestly, quickly and fairly for hard work, and we will NEVER exploit our members in the way that so many Corporations do.

On this ethos, we have 3% Tax Rates, and no work will be forced on you. You work, you get paid. Regular contributors are entitled to generous Benefits Packages, detailed below.

:: OPERATIONS:

Operating out of both a Class 3 Wormhole and a High-Sec system near one of New Eden's major trade hubs, Sidewinder Syndicate is primarily focussed on a three-tier Industrial set-up:

Mining/Salvaging/Security > Refining/Manufacture > Courier/Sale = Payment & Expansion

We run regular Mining Operations that are well organised and supported by Security members and Hauler Players, and have no problem with members setting up their own. With the exception of specific Corporate operations, members are paid on a share basis, allowing even new player Venture pilots to reap a substantial share of the proceeds from the ore mined. Our corporation will handle the hassle of logistics and trade and simply wire each miner their due on a regular basis.

Site Runners will asked to reside in our Wormhole full-time and will have the opportunity to exploit C3 Wormhole sites on a regular basis. Like miners, Site Runners will be paid on a share basis based on their role in the fleet, no matter how small. The corporation will also handle all Logistics and Trade operations in converting all loot into ISK for our members. Members will also be well-stocked with modules and ammunition and special requests will be accomodated.

Security Personnel will primarily be tasked with the security of our Wormhole space, enabling the Corporation to exploit the surrounding sites. They will also accompany the fleet on any incursions to neighbouring Wormhole space. There will also be the opportunity to run Overwatch Operations to protect High-Sec Mining Ops and Freighter runs, as well as Recon into other systems.
