I started using the EveUni stock fit:

Core Probe Launcher I
Improved Cloaking Device II

Limited 1MN Microwarpdrive I
Data Analyzer I
Relic Analyzer I
Scoped Cargo Scanner
Scan Rangefinding Array I

Damage Control II
Nanofiber Internal Structure II

Small Gravity Capacitor Upgrade I
Small Gravity Capacitor Upgrade I

Core Scanner Probe I x8

But I'd like some advice modifying it for my use. I've downgraded to basic Cloaking device since the difference in the better one isnt worth the value lost when I get podded. :) The DC and Nanoofiber seem like a waste: They certainly didnt make any difference the last time I got jumped scanning or jumped to a bubbled gate.

I'm thinking I should have a shield buff of some sort for those times when I land in a bubbled gate (last time I JUST got out thanks to the MWD...but it was close). Also wondering if a warp core stabilizer would have made the difference when I got jumped (they warp core scrambled me and that was the end of it).

you should learn the mwd+cloak trick and that's the reason behind the improved cloak.

if you can do that skill then it's almost impossible to catch you on a gate, bubbles or not.

this is the best fit for a heron. I have revised it over and over and now use the same (slight modification) on my T2 cov-ops
