Hello all,

I made myself an alt for all the "commerce" aspects of the game.

What is the best way to send my alt what I loot from my main (Pod Panik)?

Oh and from where can you obtain the blueprints? Data sites?

Thanks

You can:

Direct station trade - If characters are on 2 different accounts AND both accounts are fully paid accounts.

Private contract - Contract from one to the other character through a private item exchange contract.

Using containers - Set a shared safespot on space and leave the item in a (secure) container in space.

Corp hangars - Dump item in corp hangar, retrieve with other character (only really safe when it's only YOU in the corp).

Personal channel: Crazy Dutch Guy

Help channel: Help chat - Reloaded

Public roams channels: RvB Ganked / Redemption Road / Spectre Fleet / Bombers bar / The Content Club

Nice, clear and useful

Thanks for the help

depends on the blueprint. pretty much every blueprint can be acquired on contracts as other players will likely be selling lots of copies, and some originals.

tech 1 BPOs are going to be on the market
t2 bpcs are mostly from invention, some t2 rig BPCs come from exploration sites.
some bpcs come from LP stores
Stoyrline BPCs come from completing COSMOS missions.
most t1 BPCs come from players copying bpos.
most t2 bpcs will come from players inventing them

I missed a few and I think those mostly come from exploration or killing commander rats.

and personally I almost always use contracts. I did just set up my first corp office, mostly because it lets me run jobs from the corp wallet and I don't have to worry about transfering isk around especially on a few characters that I will infrequently log in on as they are just there to run jobs.

Private contracts are a pretty good way to go.

10k cost (as long as you don't put any isk into them)
Can have pretty much any volume in them
Can be accepted from anywhere (not just in region)

Woo! CSM XI!

Unresearched blueprint originals - the market. Researched BPOs, copies, T2 copies, contract system

A note on unresearched BPOs: they're sold by certain NPCs, that's usually the lowest price you can buy them for.

In other words: have a look at eve-central before buying expensive BPOs in Jita.

Make space glamorous! Is EVE dying or not? Ask the EVE-O Death-o-meter!

note that "ship/item blueprint" gives results, but being lazy and typing "ship/item blue" doesn't give any results.

something I just learned right now, as I was looking for blueprints on eve-central the other night and didn't think to fully type out blueprint Oops

Small bit of elaboration on this: J'Poll is referring to the "Secure" line of containers, usually "Giant Secure Containers" that can be launched, anchored, and password-protected.

If you're just jetcanning a container (via jettisoning the objects from your cargo), those jetcans will only last two hours and can be accessed by anyone who finds them.

An anchored, password-protected secure container can only be accessed by someone who knows the password, and they can only be destroyed if somebody wardecs you (otherwise, shooting them invokes a CONCORD response).

Do note, also, that you can only anchor a secure container in systems with 0.7 security and below.
