-1, you already have the tools to mine rapidly with boosted hulks, allowing blue blob nullsec groups to strip entire anom belts rapidly with a few people using capital miners is a definite -1 from me.

Most null sec alliances actually import their high sec ores.
This would actually help make them less dependent on high sec space, which I do believe was a goal for CCP at some point, with them changing the composition of ore about 2 years back for example.

They import ores because ABC is desired and "common" rocks only hit when they run out and to boost the index (which gets more ABC to mine even more....see the cycle here?). Put another way...they outsource the stuff they don't want to do.

Its not lack of tanked (or being affected by warp disruption) that kills null sec mining. I was in quite a few homes you could mine in relative peace and quiet. A good home will have the intel (or volunteers to scout you) to make safer gate jumps. Or the intel to see the hac roam coming several systems out to know it was time to pack up, gtfo and safe pos it up.

If your home is lacking these features that is a personnel issue in the corp/alliance, not the mining ships. Tanked BS ratters also die when people cba to post intel or take 2 minutes to scout out a corp mate.
