Oh, this is a good idea. I'd like to highlight some of my own.

Let's start from the beginning of my career, and working my way back.

Mira DeVorsha- for teaching me to be good at all I want to do, no matter what it is, and teaching me how to do it.
Vicktor Hark-for teaching me armor, and how NOT to get mad.
Gavin Goodrich-for helping me get my first 30 million by a trivia game.
Khan Farshatok-for teaching me to die with honour, and how to kill a moffuka.
Allayah- for dealing with my **** in sniggwaffe and helping me through my first hot drop.
Anslo-for dealing with my **** for far too long and letting me prove my worth, even with all the **** I've been involved with.
Avio- for sticking with it.
Literia-for giving advice, and the Lord knows I needed it.

Amène - for helping me find the quiet center of the hurricane.

That young (sebiestor?) blond girl who smiled at me as our paths crossed today - for smiling at me.

Well, since I'm now starting to name non-empyreans...

My wife - for sticking with me for over 15 years, and making life feel like a beautiful dream.

My friends in Schoorasana - for accepting me with my sometimes difficult personality.

Just seen this one bumped and realized in the few months since I posted here a lot has changed. So, here's a new, better list.

Thal Vadam - Oath Brother, and now Battle Brother, you have taught me the meaning of service, friendship and loyalty.

Arkon Sarain - Teacher, Friend, noble man of God. There was so much you showed me, so much you could have. Be at peace in Paradise.

Bel Boma - For the delicious ice cream, stories, laughs and straight talking advice.


Bishop Amalath - Thank you for the lessons, prayers and patient understanding.

Jay Joringer - For the time in wormholes. Though I could not remain with 13 for reasons I hope one day you will understand, you were and still are a good friend. I hope my sister-in-law Kailen serves well in my stead.

13/USYSC - For the adventures over the better part of a year. Be bold pilots.

Countless Amarrian Capsuleers and the Empire itself - Lady Daphiti, Lt Kernher and your IGS posts, the members of SFRIM and Sanctum Amarria, PIE, so many to name, you have all each in some way helped me to re-embrace my Amarrian heritage, reinvigorate my faith and find a place I can truly call home. I hope to do God, the Empire and the Divine Empress justice for your hospitality and friendship.

Charles Schmidt - For the suit, and the jokes.

Ouilliam Antolliere - For helping me continue Arkon's Conference, however it ends up you didn't leave me in the dust. You shall be an honoured opponant if you do end up joining the war zone.

Aria Jenneth - Though our lives and souls are in different directions, you showed me kindness and compassion, and for that I do thank you. I cannot and will not walk the path you take, but I shall hold on to fond memories. Good luck in PYRE and see you in space, maybe.

I'm delighted to see people are still edifying one another here. I suppose it's only fair that I share a few names, too...

Takashi Kurosawa
Takashi is the finest pilot I've ever known. When I started my career in space, he was happy to welcome me to the Venture Racing family and even let me run the show. I can't imagine a better business partner or a better friend. He's a class act all around, and I've never once seen him lose his cool. There is no one, aside from perhaps my own parents, that I trust more than Takashi.

Shalee Lianne
I asked Shalee to jump off a cliff, and she did it... twice! That's friendship.

Vectra Sharpe
Vectra is undoubtedly the kindest, most caring person I know. Last I saw her, she took me to help her feed children that had lost everything in a natural disaster. I'm sure that wherever she is today, she's probably helping someone less fortunate than herself. I often wonder how the powers that be managed to fit such a big heart into such a tiny person.

Niraia
Niraia gave me an ISK-printing machine. How cool is that? Working at EOH has been a grand time and afforded me a very comfortable life in space. I can't thank Niraia enough for giving me a shot at it.
