So, my lady friend recently installed EVE for the first time and I've been showing her the ropes, but she's been having this issue. She can't drag-to-fit any module, she must (Right click -> Fit to Active ship).

Now, this isn't detremental in of itself, but this is also an issue for ammunition. She can't fit crystals to her turrets, therefore I -must- babysit her on every combat-involved mission.

Is there any way to fix this? Can anyone confirm it as a bug, and not maybe an install error? Thanks for the help!

Edit: I should probably add that she can't drag the crystal to her gun from open space (Cargo -> Module on hotbar).
