Courier calculator (trip calc) webpage , looking for coder

Me and a friend would like to start a courier company , we will stay small, 2 or 3 guys max and we would like a similar system to redfrog freight.

I see that a couple of websites allready have a working courier/trip calculator.
I am a webdesign person myself but on the coding side i'm pretty much completely useless...

I was wonder if someone could integrate something into a webpage that queries another webpage ? Or do I need a DB myself ?
For free / for ISK / for $ , you name it .
