Well wait a minute, when I make the destination tracert the hop before ccp I don't get much of any ploss

Why are the packets being dropped when ccp is the destination but not when the destination is anywhere else? Is this traffic flagged for some reason?

The rest of the internet has been fine, 120~ down 12~ up without hicups and I am able to play hearthstone, planetside 2, and all the other games. What gives?

The company who owns the node in question, Tata Communications has contacted me on twitter suggesting I follow them and direct message them my issue - This was a response to a tweet I sent at them asking them to fix the hop (with a picture). I am not super hopeful in this endeavor as I am not their client - but their client's client. My isp pays them not me. I have asked if the small amount of data I am pushing could be flagged as priority for the hop. I had made twitter/reddit related threads in relation to the hop days ago and will keep you guys updated on the situation and how I get it resolved.

It is likely the only chance is to have Comcast reroute through a different line across the ocean to London.
