Hello my fellow capsuleers,

I was wanting to hop in a Stratios and daytrip into wormholes and I was wondering up to what class can a Strat successfully do while still being 100% solo. What are some of the fits used to accomplish this? I tried some google-fu on the subject however nothing post Phoebe came up so here I am asking the greater Eve community.

TIA

Yes, from class 1-3, not really in a class 4+

Eve Minions is recruiting.

Could do C1 or C2.

C3 solo would REALLY be a stretch. You'd have to take out a lot of offense just to be able to survive. Even them I'm not sure it would live without warping out a couple times per site, and C2s would be more profitable from a time standpoint.

c3 anomalies (not data or relic) can get from 500 to 700 inc dps afaik . You should be able to tank it , often you can get slowed and neuted .... Keep that in mind . Not rlly experienced in drone boats , but i think stratios is pretty thin .

Opportunities multiply as they are seized.

Combat site-wise, anything you could do in a Strat you could probably do for 1/6th the cost better in a battlecruiser. You're basically just giving up the hacking/scanning bonuses which you shouldn't need anyway for combat running. A BC can still fit a proto cloak pretty easily and just pack a mobile depot for swapping out to a scanning fit if you need to probe your way out.

A Strat is really more of an explorer or cloaky PvP hunting ship. It's exposing a lot of isk just to blap rats at a barely BC level of efficiency.
