Faction standings increase missing Caldari penumbra

I just completed the Epic Arc for Caldari and I received no standings increase after the final mission. I know that it is supposed to be a base +10% increase (+12.5% with skills). I know this because I have searched and seen hundreds of posts about this over the last 4 years.

Why is this still an issue? Why are we still petitioning endlessly to get our rewards? How long does it normally take to get a GM response?

Anyone else noticing this being an issue since the last patch?

Getting the Faction standing increase after completing the Epic Arcs has always been an issue. Sometimes it's done automatically, other times players have to file a 'Support Ticket'.

I don't know why CCP doesn't fix it. Seems to me their time could be better spent on answering 'Support Tickets' for other more pressing issues than giving out missing Faction standing increase.

Anyway, last time I filed for the increase it took about a week to get it added. That was a couple of months ago. Usually it's done within a day or two.

I hate to say this but the only option we have available is to file a 'Support Ticket' asap and then wait.

Just want to pat CCP on the back for taking care of this for me within 24 hours. Very cool.

Still, I agree with DMC that a bug that has lasted 4 or 5 years is kinda annoying and inexcusable.

How long this takes really depends a lot on whose GM's lap the petition falls into. The last time this happened to me it took five days to get a response and another six days to get it fixed, including an escalation.

In the end I think a got a newbie GM as the poor guy really didn't understand what I was on about. That's cool of course, everybody has to start some time and with my standings I don't care if I go from 9.965 to 9.966 today or two weeks from now. Plus, at the end of the day it's just a game so whatever.

It's just that with a bug that's literally years old I would have thought that it would be pretty much the first thing new GMs are told when they work the "Missions/Epic Arcs" queue for the first time.
