issue with hangar and CQ since patch

I'm wondering if anyone else is having the same problems or if this is already known.

When in the hangar or CQ, every 10 seconds there would be wave of lag and FPS falls very low, then back up to normal. This wasn't happening before, and I did clear cache and repair the client but to no avail.

Is anyone else getting hiccups of lag for no reason in hangar or CQ?

Indeed same problem on window XP x64 and Windows 2003 x64 Ugh with GF GTS 450 last drivers installed
