I was having the exact same problem, it started randomly or maybe one of the small patches caused it, I don't know. Our cause might not be the same but i'm just posting in case it helps anyone else. I could play Eve for maybe 2-3 minutes, if I jumped a gate, targeting something or used modules it would BSOD. It was being caused by ASUS AI suite, I just changed it back to normal setting from performance and EVE works fine again now.
