I have made a corp with my friends. I set tax rate as 5 %.

Meanwhile, i need to promote my friend to a director. After that, taxes are not paid from him. I changed his role, but it doesn't work.

What's wrong with that? plz help.

You can't make your friend a director?

What makes you think directors don't pay the corp tax the same as everyone else?

Corp taxes go straight to the Corporation Wallet, not an individual character.

Directors pay corp tax. Everyone does, I believe, even the CEO. It goes to the corp wallet, which your director can access, and take isk from, if need be.

Theres nothing wrong with it. Its working as intended.

Everybody pays taxes in corp, even you as a CEO.

Taxes go into the corporation's main wallet.

And as a director, he has the option to:

* Set tax rate to 0 - 100%.
* Take money from the corporation wallets


Also, are you sure his income is "taxable"

* Only payments above 100.000 ISK are taxed.
* Only certain things are taxed: Mission rewards, Mission bonus rewards, Bounty payout ticks.

When your friend cleans out the corp don't go complaining . "I knew him for a month and he seemed pretty normal so I made him director."

As others have mentioned, the director should still be paying taxes. If this is actually not happening, file a petition.
