Does the current system support additional fonts? And Specific scaling?

Just as the title says I was wondering not in the respect of the laid to rest Font but at the possibility of having Multiple selection of Fonts available for selection.

Then to take the next step in UI scale would be to allow for individual windows/ UI elements to be scaled seperate from each other.

Just wondering if it was theoretically possible before I leave it one the desk of the CSM.
